Save Regularly

START EARLY was the first thought.

SAVE REGULARLY is the next.

 Saving should become a Habit. Once habituated, saving regularly is taken care of.

How much is not important. How often is.

When you cannot, don’t worry.But SAVE whenever you CAN, whatever you CAN.

In olden days, we would be given a Hundi in which small coins would be dropped. When it becomes full, we used to change them in Rupees and then start again. 

Now. it is easier to start a bank account - a SAVINGS bank account - even a Zero balance account. 

So, START TODAY, SAVE REGULARLY!

START EARLY

I start to share my thoughts, experiences and views on some matters, which will be useful to people in general, youngsters, children in particular.

The first topic, I have taken is MONEY MATTERS. 

I have chosen the heading in two words, the first alone will change as we go along.

The second word will be a constant. Because, it matters! Be a verb, not a Noun. This was an advice given to me. It commanded me into action. Mere knowledge is like Noun, putting into practice is the VERB.

I spent a large part of my life learning, working in Finance area. Therefore, it is natural the first topic is Money. Before I give my views on it, in a later post, I propose to give some of my learning’s for the benefit of everyone. 

SAVE MONEY, START EARLY. No need to elaborate on this, I think.

Make it a habit. It is not important how small it is. If you wish to lead a (happy) satisfied life, you need money for tomorrow. Saving for tomorrow is, therefore, important. 

For those who didn’t start early, IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO START

I would say it is a MUST. 

Save what you get if you wish to get rich, a saying goes. There is difference between earning money and saving. You don’t earn always. So, start saving more when you earn.
